Amazing customer service, timely, knowledgeable and informative! Gave us options on which services were relevant to our home and needs, affordable pricing with coupons and discounts available, and offered an additional maintenance program. Very easy and friendly to work with. Will definitely be using Tahoe Clean Air again!
We just bought a new home and lots of things had not been maintained so we knew our vents and ducts probably needed to be looked at and sure enough, SO much was in there. We are excited to not have 40 years of dog hair, skin cells, fecal matter and such in our system and effecting our air quality. Max, our technician, was very thorough and great at explaining what things were, the why to do something vs. not, and my options. I felt no pressure but did get more service done then I had planned but was very satisfied with what was performed and am glad it is all taken care of. And I got a discount as we are expecting a baby in 3 weeks, so take advantage and get yourself some clean air in your home.
They showed up with b a large vacuum. Their camera? A cell phone. Did not have the tool to shake loose debris in our lint filter. Sold us filters that were never delivered. Did not reply to phone calls or emails.
TOTAL SCAM AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!! What an all around terrible company. I am a fairly level headed person and even when mistakes are made, as long as they are handled appropriately I can understand, but these people are terrible. We needed our air ducts cleaned so after searching google in our area we found these people. We have never had to have this done before (just bought the home) so we saw the special they were running for $7 per vent. We thought that sounded cheap so when we scheduled the appointment we double checked about pricing for the total cost and were told by the woman on the phone to count our vents then times that by 7 and that would be the total. For us that was $56. Day of the appointment came, the technician came into our house made himself at home, sat right down at our dining room table (without asking) and wrote up our bill for service in advance, to our shock it came to $598!! We asked him about it and explained that the girl in the office had quoted us differently. He immediately got defensive and told us that the coupons say in red letters the $7 is only for the vents, not the mains and that it was onr fault for not understanding how the process worked, which would have been true had we not explicitly asked what our total would be prior to scheduling the apointment. We asked him if customers got angry about this a lot, to which he replied only 1 or 2 in his eight years of working there. As you can see by other reviews that’s not true. We needed to have this done so we agreed to the charge and let him do the work. Here is how it went, absolutely everything in our house was covered in a film of black dust and dirt (it’s supposed to be a clean process), he removed baby gates we have up for safety without asking for permission or help and damaged them, he walked by my kids and I in our yard and spit right by us, he left hair and debris in our vent covers and the icing on the cake was him asking for trash bags to dispose of the contents he sucked out of our vent! Not to mention he didn’t follow their clearly lined out covid protocols and even used our restroom. Totally unprofessional and a complete scam! Don’t give them your business!
I recently spoke with Scott about having our homes air ducts cleaned. We have recently purchased this home and noticed that alot of routine maintenance hadn't been kept up with by the previous owners. Scott was able to provide me with answers to all of my questions as well as super reasonable rates and quick appointment times.
The company has a very good responsive rate and good quality products. The customer service is very wonderful and has a good quality too. I would recommend New England Clean Air to my friends and families.
I was impressed with the professionalism that the company upholds from the first call. Crystal was great. She had upfront pricing and was very knowledgeable. They have appointments as soon as 1-2 days from the time you call. Great company
I found the technician scott to be pleasant and pleasurable to deal with.he was very friendly and clean.I found the price a bit high but affordable and thier work well done ✅.I would highly recommend this company anytime
Called NE Clean Air regarding cleaning out air ducts for an elderly family member. Customer service rep was very polite, very knowledgeable and gave me a range of pricing for their services. I am referring their information to my Aunt/Uncle so they can go ahead with the work. The rep also recommended we consider doing the dryer vent cleaning - great idea since this would cut down on possible fire in their home.
I called new England clean air to find out Bout the company and services and asked specifically about mold removal and the process. The only thing she said was the price. So she could have offered alittle more information about the process and over all services but give them a call and just ask plenty of questions so you know exactly what you are getting.
I have been wondering about their services ever since my friend used them and am thankful to have answers to my questions now. I called in and spoke with a young lady who was able to help me further. Great customer service!
I spoke with Christiana on the phone and she was very cool to talk with and helpful. She answered all of my questions and told me alot about thier services.Their website is very helpful in explaining the services too. I am glad with Clean Air Company and would always recommend them to anyone that is in need of thier services.
I called Clean Air Company to seek information regarding cleaning ducts in my home and spoke with Crystal. She answered the phone right away and she had a pleasant voice. I was unfortunately unable to use this company because they don’t service my area.
I spoke with a young lady named Crystal, who answered the phone with an inviting hello. She was able to assist me with information on their professional air duct cleaning services in homes and businesses. I furthered researched their service on their website, where it explained how contaminants from the air ducts circulate throughout your home or office. Make a marked difference in your space!
I prefer calling an establishment first. Saves time etc. I talked a nice man said he is the manager. I saw on the website about the free dryer vent cleaning with full Duckworth vent cleaning. I asked if there is a max amount of vents that they will clean. I have a large house was curious. He said no max. Advised of 100% guarantee. Said scheduled is busy tried to book appointment I told him I wanted to wait awhile. Sounds like good quality etc
I spoke to Mike. He was professional, friendly and informative. Explained what they offer in a clear way. He said they offering $7;a vent special. Dryer vent cleaning $199 but will be free with complete duck worth cleaning. He tried several times to set appointment said specials dont last long and no guarantee same rate will be offered next time. I td him just getting quotes etc not ready to do anything for awhile. Got a good impression of company
New England Clean air's website is really well put together, professional and helped answer my queries about their services/service response and pricing. I called in and spoke with them and they were very patient in answering my queries and in getting me setup with a technician. The technician was also very caring and helped me get my system going in no time. Great company to depend on.
I called to get a quote on some vents I need cleaned, the lady I spoke to, Ashley was so nice, confident and very knowledgeable. She told me about summer specials and really listened. I had no idea what I was needing to do and she walked me through everything. I will definitely be using them to get this done!
I spoke with Jasmine on the phone and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions and gave me an idea of what to expect for the service. I am impressed with Wasatch Clean Air company and would definitely recommend them to anyone that is in need of air quality services.
I had a great experience working with Clean Air! I first decided to look into it after a busted AC unit and faulty ducts, and Josh from customer service helped me every step of the way! I loved the helpfulness and I was even offered a free at home estimate! I recommend everyone to have their duct system checked, as you never know what you’re breathing!
I called this business to enquirer about air purification in my home. I suffer from allergies and it really REALLY kills me when everything is blooming and pollinating during this time of the year. The person on the phone explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. I hope to use them in the near future as I am currently shopping around for the best deal. They also recommend that I have my air ducts cleaned. Which (because I just moved into my new house) I am definitely thinking about doing. A+ for knowledge & responsiveness!
Overall poor experience, they get in the door by offering low cost duct cleaning.Only to charge more than the advertised price. Cleaning was poorly done , left dust in a few ducts. I would not recommend.
Not happy when it came to pay bill, had no idea it would cost as much as it did. Tech Scott tried to charge me an additional $99 for cleaning AC compressor, which I just had done the previous week. It took Service Experts HVAC over 45 minutes to clean, using my neighbors hose. Tech Scott was at my home f oh r a total of 50 minutes+charged me over $700.00. Called office+they were even worse, would not suggest New England Clean Air to anybody. Business practices are really non existent. Very dissatisfied with service.
The technician, Scott, was excellent. He was very thorough & pleasant. However the sales technique was very deceiving. We received a coupon for $7 per vent & returns cleaning plus Free Main Trunk Line cleaning up to $129 value and FREE dryer vent cleaning. So, of course we were expecting around a $200 bill. It came to $716.20. Way more that we were expecting. We were given no prices when making the appointment. If we had known it would have been so expensive we would never have had them come out. Yes, we could have declined once we were given the total price but we just bought this house last year and believed it had never been done since new in 2008. So we assumed it really needed to be done. In hindsight we should have refused and gotten another quote.
$1,400 for what amounted to 3-4 hours of work from a guy with a large vacuum seems almost like a scam. I'd suggest doing proper research reg. pricing and what EXACTLY is included in the promotional offer and what else would need to be done to "clean the vents and ducts." I think $750 would have been more reasonable, so I didn't feel good about this experience.
